Benefits of the Rapid Internal Heating System™
Another advantage to the creation of our Rapid Internal Heating System™ is that it can increase your endurance and strengthen your immune system. While other saunas may take 10 - 15 minutes to work up a sweat, when you step into our sauna, you will begin to sweat almost immediately.
A rapidly heating sauna simulates the effect of working out because it increases your internal body temperature at a similar rate. Not only does this increase your heat tolerance, which leads to improved athletic performance, it also stimulates your immune system, which can make it better at fighting off infections and disease.
Policies & Etiquette
Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our clients and practitioners limited reservations, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations for any reservations made by phone or voicemail only. Failing to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of the session price.
Reservations: Full payments are required for session reservations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed for the full amount of the reserved session time. All clients must provide valid form of state or federal photo ID at the time of first service. We do not take walk-ins. All sessions are scheduled by phone only. Due to high volume of client services, a voicemail is required for anyone with questions or making session reservations.
Late Arrivals: 10 min. or longer late arrivals to sessions, will result in the shortening
of the reserved time or rescheduling the session altogether.
Refund Policy: All sales are final.

Clinic & Hygienic Etiquette:
All linens and towels will be placed
in hamper by client, upon completing session.
